- We will find which helmet material n suggest the best fit for ur need here in our country, we will arrange best price for you. Because new rules in our country (2023 new import rules), we cant received helmet from u with any excuse this (this rules apply from July 2023)
*Design takes 3-4 weeks (depend on queue) and have 2x revision max, without change the main subject.
*Custom paint takes 30 work days (normal) or DEPEND ON QUEUE
*First come first serve.
*Overseas shipping take 3-7 days (depend of country u live in, carrier and price of shipping and duration u choose)

*Handmade/Custom Works need TRUST, TIME CONSUMING & PATIENCE. If u kind of ppl who in the rush, want to hang the payment and complain a lot, pls reconsider before u want to do Custom Works with us.
*NO MONEY REFUND WITH ANY REASON (if we late on deadline works, we will contact you before and give small compensation, we always send u final works with high res VIDEO format, please watch it carefully, because we DONT received any complaint/return after shipping)
*NO HOLD, NO PENDING, NO HANG ON PAYMENT on Paypal/Payment Status, Bank Transfer, Credit Cards swap or all of payment method (all status must be PAID before we sent your goods).

ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ORDERS:
Custom painting is gradually becoming more popular among the general public, and I think there are more opportunities to see it. As a result, the number of paint shops has also increased. Custom painting requires individuality and uniqueness in addition to the highest quality, and each shop has its own established standards. When you first decide to ask for custom painting, you may be worried about which shop to go to. In such cases, I think it is a good idea to gather information from the Internet, magazines, motor shows, and other events, and find a paint shop that matches your image.
We hope that you will be interested in our paint and choose us from the many paint shops available.
Orders
Orders can be placed by phone, email, or by visiting us in person.
Delivery time
Delivery time is about 4-10 months. It may be delayed during the race season or other events
Estimate
If you have already decided on a design, we can give you a rough estimate if you prepare reference photos, illustrations, etc.
In the case of replicas, you will generally need to prepare the reference materials yourself. If we come up with the design here, a minimum design fee of USD150 will be required. Also, if your budget is set, we will propose a design that fits within that price. It would be helpful if you could tell us the rough image and basic colors. It can be someone’s helmet or motorcycle style. We will submit at least two design drawings. We will listen to your opinions on the design drawings, and if there are any changes, we will create a revised design. If you would like color variations, it will be USD50 for 2 or 3 drawings. The same applies for additional small changes.
We will provide you with a quote for painting along with the design. We will contact you when the design is ready, and we will ship it after confirming the design fee transfer. If you come to the store directly, it will be in exchange for the payment. It takes about 2-8 weeks months to create a design.
Paint
Once the design is finalized and it is our turn to start painting, we will begin. (Basically, at this stage, we cannot change the design or cancel the order.) Especially with motorcycles, if additional work is required during the work (such as discovering a new repair area), the total amount may exceed the estimated price. We will inform the customer each time. We will contact you when the painting work is near completion. After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered (shipped).
Notes
Basically, we do not accept any complaints about items that have been completed according to the order. However, if there is a complaint due to a mistake in the work, please contact us or return the item within 10 days. We will deal with the matter in the best way possible.
Shipping Cost Due to various circumstances, from April 2020, the customer will be responsible for the cost of painting regardless of the price. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

We only accept chat, written email and face to face for booking orders and discussions. It is not recommended to call because our conversation skills in English are inadequate. We have determined this from the beginning to reduce misunderstandings in orders. Written methods are more recommended because we save all chats and emails to prevent unwanted things in the future.
